For more than 20 years, she has helped individuals, teams, and organizations navigate growth, change, and leadership challenges.
Her experience spans executive leadership, strategic planning, organizational development, culture transformation, and leadership coaching across nonprofit and corporate environments.

The Story Behind Artemis Group Solutions
Long before I worked in executive leadership, facilitated strategic planning sessions, or coached leaders, I was teaching people how to swim.
Over the past two decades, I've taught hundreds of children and adults, spent years as a camp counselor, and found myself consistently drawn toward mentoring, coaching, and helping people grow.
Looking back, I realize there has been a common thread throughout my life and career:
Helping people become more capable, confident, and effective versions of themselves.
That passion expanded from individuals to teams and organizations. I led strategic initiatives, organizational development efforts, culture change projects, and leadership programs.

As my career evolved, I saw firsthand how leadership influences every aspect of an organization. Great leaders create trust, clarity, and momentum. Poor leadership creates confusion, frustration, and unnecessary obstacles.
Those experiences reinforced my belief that leadership isn't just about achieving results. It's about creating conditions where people can do their best work and thrive.
That's why I founded Artemis Group Solutions.
Named after the Greek goddess Artemis - hunter, protector of the wilderness, and champion of women - Artemis represents purposeful action, strategic thinking, and courageous leadership. The name is also a nod to my background in sustainability and my passion for helping leaders, particularly women leaders, navigate growth and change with confidence.
