About the Founder

Artemis Group Solutions is led by Rachel Horos, a strategic leader, advisor, and certified Enneagram coach who brings a distinctive blend of executive-level thinking and people-centered leadership development.

With two decades of experience across corporate, nonprofit, and mission-driven organizations, Rachel has led complex initiatives spanning strategy, organizational development, and culture transformation. Her work is grounded in a deep understanding that even the best strategies fail without aligned leadership, clear communication, and intentional execution.

At the core of Rachel’s approach is a guiding philosophy: Clarity drives everything.

When leaders lack clarity, teams become misaligned, strategy stalls, and execution breaks down. But when leaders are clear on themselves, their priorities, and how to lead others, everything changes.

That’s why her work sits at the intersection of:

  • Self-awareness (how you lead)

  • Strategy (where you’re going)

  • Execution (how you get there)

This is where real, lasting transformation happens.

Rachel’s passion for this work is deeply personal. Throughout her career, she has seen firsthand the impact of ineffective leadership and how it erodes culture, limits potential, and drives people away. She has also seen how good intentions are not always matched with the skills required to lead well and build healthy, effective teams.

She believes meaningful change doesn’t start with systems or structures—it starts with people.

The most effective leaders are those willing to do the deeper work: to build self-awareness, confront blind spots, and take responsibility for how they show up. As a Certified Instructor in the Enneagram Spectrum Method, Rachel integrates powerful tools that help leaders understand the “why” behind their behaviors, break unproductive patterns, and lead with greater clarity, empathy, and impact.

Her approach is further informed by a Master’s degree in Sustainable Business Management and executive education in Global Sustainable Business Strategy through Harvard Business School.

Known for her ability to quickly assess challenges, cut through complexity, and turn ambiguity into actionable direction, Rachel partners closely with leaders and teams to drive meaningful, measurable progress.

Rachel believes the quality of leadership shapes the quality of people’s everyday work and ultimately, their lives. She is passionate about helping leaders grow into the best version of themselves by doing the deeper, often uncomfortable work of understanding how they think, behave, and show up for others. Through that process, leaders become more self-aware, more intentional, and more effective, resulting in stronger communication, better relationships, and healthier, more productive environments where people and performance can truly thrive.

Because when leadership gets better, everything gets better.
